What is the SEXPO Pass out Policy?

We are pleased to announce for the first time, SEXPO Brisbane will be a full pass out event. You may come and go as many times as you like, as long as it’s on the same day. Pass outs can be obtained at the exit door of SEXPO which will be located in Hall 3. Please note: on the event floor, you will find food and beverage cafes, licensed bars, rest room facilities, ATMs and resting areas

How many Entries to Sexpo are included in my ticket?

All tickets are valid for one entry on one day only. You may pass out and re-enter the show(with a valid pass out stamp) on the same day, but you cannot re-enter on multiple days without purchasing another ticket.

Where is SEXPO located?

SEXPO Brisbane 2017 will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, located at Cnr Merivale and Glenelg Streets in South Bank, Brisbane.

How do I get to SEXPO?

Getting to SEXPO via public transport is easy and efficient with bus, ferry and train options available. More information about planning your journey via public transport can be found on the TransLink website.


South Brisbane Railway Station adjacent to the Convention Centre on Grey Street or South Bank Railway Station are the most convenient stations to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.


The Cultural Centre Station on Melbourne Street and the South Bank Busway Station cnr of Colchester and Tribune Streets are closest to BCEC.


The public transport ferries CityCats operate everyday and stop at the South Bank River Terminal on the Clem Jones Promenade. The inner-city ferry travels between the CBD, North Quay and Kangaroo Point, stopping at South Bank Terminal 1 and 2 on the Clem Jones Promenade.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There are 1,500 undercover parking spaces available at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, accessed by Merivale Street. The Centre car park features:

  • 24 hour undercover parking with on-site security
  • Fast pay fast exit using credit card on entry and exit
  • Visa, Mastercard and cash are accepted at exit booths
  • Auto pay machines located in Russell Walk
  • Exit booths are manned during operational hours and during events
  • Special access parking bays located next to lifts

I received my tickets via email; do I need to print them out?

No. Your ticket has a unique QR code on it – simply have this displayed on your phone or tablet, and it can be scanned at the entrance to SEXPO. You are, of course, welcome to print your tickets out if you wish.

I can't make it to SEXPO on a certain day; can I change the day on my ticket?

If you have purchased a General Admission, Gold or Lounge ticket, they are valid for one entry, on the day of your choosing (ie: at any time on Friday August 4, Saturday August 5, Sunday August 6).

If you have purchased a Platinum ticket, and cannot make the date you selected, you can still enter SEXPO with a Platinum ticket on another day, but we cannot guarantee the back stage tour time you originally selected will still be available as tour numbers are limited. Please see the friendly staff at the “Merchandise and Information” booth as you enter SEXPO to discuss placement in an alternative tour.

Will I need to bring ID?

Absolutely. SEXPO is strictly 18+, so expect to be asked for photo ID.

Valid forms of photo ID include a driver’s licence, proof of age card or passport. We cannot accept student ID cards or non-photographic identification.

I can't get a babysitter; can I bring my child to SEXPO?

SEXPO is strictly an adults-only event. NO ONE under the age of 18 years is permitted inside SEXPO; this includes small infants.

SEXPO does not provide childcare facilities.

Can I bring a camera to SEXPO?

Professional photographic equipment is not permitted at SEXPO without a media pass. This includes any digital SLR cameras or HD video recording devices. You can apply for a media pass here.

Phone cameras or similar handheld devices are permitted in most public areas of the show, except for the following lounge areas:

Please do not photograph any patrons, exhibitors or staff without first seeking permission to do so.

Is SEXPO wheelchair accessible?

Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is a fully wheelchair accessible venue.


No, unfortunately we do not offer a concession discount at this time.

Does SEXPO accept Companion Cards?

Yes. Any disabled patrons who have purchased a ticket may gain free entry for their companion upon presentation of a valid Companion Card.

What stage shows are on at SEXPO?

SEXPO features a variety of different stage shows, every 45 minutes on the Main Stage; male and female strip acts, burlesque shows, comedy hypnotists, audience participation competitions and the World Famous Amateur Strip!
