4 This card may not be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
5 Club X will not be liable for any cards lost or stolen.
6 This card will be declared void if tampered, altered, manipulated or damaged.
7 This card is valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
8 Expired cards cannot be redeemed or reactivated.
9 Any unused credit after purchase will be credited to a re-issued card only and the original card will be destroyed.
