SEXPO™ Australia signs deal with UK event company Carnal Creative to produce SEXPO™ in the UK from 2015
SEXPO™, the world’s largest sexual health and lifestyle expo celebrates 20 years in 2015 and has welcomed to date over 2.5 million visitors through its doors over the years. The established brand has a strong presence worldwide with shows across Australia and South Africa. Originating in Australia, the brand is synonymous with bringing sexual health, sex education and sexual lifestyle to the public in an entertaining, informative and enjoyable experience for all those that exhibit and attend. SEXPO™ is often referred to as a consumer expo unlike any other.
SEXPO™ began in Melbourne, Australia in 1996 as a forum for women to feel comfortable about buying adult products. The event has expanded into a broad ‘adult lifestyle’ exhibition and maintains strong female patronage (45%+).
As the name suggests SEXPO™ focuses on sexuality, but it’s about so much more. It’s a lifestyle expo encompassing all areas of adult leisure; it’s an information expo heightening awareness about health issues and sexual education, but most of all it’s about having a good a time!
SEXPO™ Australia has signed an agreement with Carnal Creative to produce the show specifically for the UK market with the full support of SEXPO™ Australia.
SEXPO™ founder (now International Licensing Manager), David Ross said: “SEXPO™ plays an important role in encouraging people to openly talk about sex, explore health and lifestyle issues and be more comfortable about their sexuality. Both visitors and exhibitors at SEXPO™ have benefitted considerably in Australia and South Africa and we are very excited to be exporting our winning formula to England,” he said.
SEXPO™ UK (www.sexpo.co.uk) will take place at Olympia, London on 13th – 15th November 2015 and will be fully licensed. The consumer show will cater to all aspects of the sexual sphere and aims to appeal to a wider 18+ audience, whatever their sexual preference. Carnal Creative plan to create a sexual health and lifestyle show bigger and better than any done before, coupled with eye-catching and engaging live entertainment that makes SEXPO™ so unique.
